Integrator Support, a provider of recurring monthly revenue (RMR) opportunities for security system integrators, and Viewpoint, a next generation video monitoring and remotely managed access control solutions provider, have formed a strategic alliance.
Mike Hanlon has been appointed as vice president of dealer support. The partnership will offer a full spectrum of RMR avenues for security dealers and integrators.
In his new role, Hanlon will continue to drive the growth of a suite of programs aimed to help dealers generate RMR through remote video monitoring, two-way audio, remotely managed access control, and customized financial and leasing programs, along with service and installation products.
