Integrated Security Systems Inc. (ISSI) subsidiary Intelli-
Site Inc. has made an OEM agreement to develop a device
driver interface to DoorTek Corp.’s access control
products. Under the agreement, Intelli-Site will deliver a
name-branded security integration “head-end” software
product to be marketed by San Antonio-based DoorTek.
“This agreement is important to our future growth as the
DoorTek product offering enjoys long-standing acceptance in
the security industry,” Chairman and CEO of ISSI C.A.
Rundell, Jr., said in a statement. “We expect this
relationship to be a significant contributor to our short-
term and long-term revenue growth as there exists a very
healthy retrofit as well as a new installation opportunity
with DoorTek.”
DoorTek, a manufacturer of access control systems and
security systems products, have also provided OEM products
to manufacturers such as Diebold, Wells Fargo and Notifier
Systems.
