Expanding its reach in the Midwest, electronic security contractor Interface Security Systems LLC of St. Louis has acquired Control Security Systems Inc., also of St. Louis. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
CSSI monitors 12,000 customers in Missouri and Southern Illinois. Interface designs and installs security systems, as well as providing monitoring. It has locations throughout the Midwest, Texas and Southeast.
