ST.LOUIS and COLCHESTER, Vt. – Interface Security Systems, a provider of IP-managed physical security and secured managed network services, and Vertek Corp., a provider of operations consulting, business intelligence, BPO and software capabilities, commemorated their five-year strategic relationship.
Interface Security Systems is a pioneer in the bundled managed services provider space, helping retail and hospitality companies package all of their network and security needs to increase efficiency and reduce costs. By providing network access as part of a managed services bundle, Interface not only meets critical market requirements, but also delivers a higher quality customer experience for all of its managed service offerings, according to a press release.
Interface leverages Vertek’s Telecom Lifecycle Management (VTLM) services, which include communications service provider (CSP) vendor management, network service availability and quoting software, order handling, LAN and WAN test & turn-up and financial assurance.
“Vertek has long been a strategic provider for Interface and this milestone demonstrates the depth and strength of our partnership,” says Chuck Moeling, executive vice president of Interface.
Over the last five years, Interface has capitalized on its relationship with Vertek to deliver a broader suite of managed services with a higher level of flexibility, responsiveness and geographic reach than what is currently offered by larger carriers, Moeling says.
“Through Interface’s partnership with Vertek, we have accelerated our market penetration in strategic verticals like retail and hospitality, and this in turn has translated into a broader suite of innovative managed services for our customers and partners,” adds Moeling.
Interface has successfully executed its vision over the last five years and continues to lead in a number of markets with innovative bundled managed services, states Brad Soutiere, COO and president of Vertek.
“By employing Vertek’s VTLM service suite, Interface has expanded its target market, reduced its time to market and effectively scaled its delivery capabilities, coordinating activities across thousands of customer locations with a high level of quality,” he says.
