MIAMI — Security integrators looking to add another element to their smart home offering might have their next venture: pet monitoring.
Halo Collar is a smart pet tech collar that features built-in live video feeds from an HD camera, as well as a two-way audio function from Spie Surveillance. In addition, the Halo Collar has a GPS tracking system powered by Lunar GPS.
The premise is simple: This technology can allow homeowners to keep up with what their pets are up to when their owners aren’t home.
The Halo Collar features a barking notification option if owners want to be alerted. There’s also an option for when the collar is being removed without the owner’s knowledge.
