Systems integrator Automated Technologies and Integration (ATI) and security/access control firm Hamby Security are merging. The two businesses will form a new company they say will provide clients with broader services and products, greater technical expertise and enhanced customer service.
The Ankeny, Iowa-based company will operate under the ATI name and retain the same employees and management of the merging companies.
