The housing is constructed of a die-castaluminum alloy, while the transparent dome is made of a polycarbonateresin.The IP66 rating means that the C-CV854D-3 is dust and waterproof. TheC-CV854D-3 package contains a 1/3-inch CCD imager rated at500 TVL ofresolution and includes a vari-focal lens in three axes for easyview-angleadjustments. The camera also contains a day/night-processing feature. An optional heater isavailable, ModelC-A854H, for use in extreme temperatures.
