ERIE, Pa. — The Installation Quality (IQ) Certification Program has chosen Rapid Response Monitoring’s Amanda Baumgartner to serve on the IQ Certification board through 2012. She replaces Jacqueline Keast as the board’s secretary.

Each elected IQ Board member serves a two-year term. According to the IQ Guidelines, the IQ chairperson may select a replacement for a board member who resigns during his or her term.
