IRISCAN RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF AMERICA’S 500 FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES

IriScan has been named to the 1999 Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500, a list of the 500 fastest growing United States technology companies, based on a 5-year percentage of revenue growth from 1994-98. IriScan came in No. 283 on the list with a 50-year growth rate of 1,020 percent.
To qualify for the Fast 500, companies must have had revenues of at least $50,000 in 1994 and be headquartered in the U.S. IriScan is the exclusive owner and developer of iris recognition technology, which identifies people by the patterns in the iris of the eye.
Some of the hottest markets for iris recognition are commercial banking, health and medical data, gaming and casinos, law enforcement and corrections, ticketless travel and commuting, computer and network security, and access control.
