ISC is launching an expanded educational program with a curriculum designed for physical security and network professionals to address the needs, challenges and issues of individual professional sectors in the security industry.
The program, which will begin at ISC West on April 1-3, has been developed with the help of the Education Advisory Board in partnership with the Security Industry Association (SIA).
“This is a big first step in a multiyear initiative with SIA to reorganize and restructure ISC Education at both ISC West and ISC East,” says Ed Nichols, industry vice president, ISC events. “Ultimately we will become an aggregator of leading education and certification throughout the security industry.”
The programs will begin with over 100 individual sessions across seven tracks, including business development/management and sales; architecture/design and engineering; end-user solutions; dealer, installer and integrator; security management; IT and IP convergence; and central station.
