BOULDER, Colo. — Access control manufacturer ISONAS has integrated its newest software application, Pure Access, with XProtect Access from Milestone Systems.
XProtect Access is an add-on product to Milestone’s XProtect video management system that enables customers to directly integrate their access control system with the VMS.
Launched in 2016, Pure Access is a Cloud-based access control software application that provides users the ability to manage their access control from anywhere via connected devices. The integration with XProtect Access offers real-time monitoring with video verification and the ability for users to control both their video cameras and access control systems from one centralized interface, according to an announcement.
The integration also provides users the capability of matching live events to a comprehensive database of recorded video and access to the event.

Last year ISONAS launched a certified integrator program to assist installing security contractors with implementing IP access control technology. Among its benefits, the program includes online training modules, sales and marketing collateral, pre-sales support, design tools/assistance, technical documentation and support, and project/customer leads.
