BOULDER, Colo. – ISONAS has announced its new hardware platform, the Pure IP RC-04, will be available in late December and shipping into local distributors over the course of the month.
The platform features a revamped aesthetic with the addition of multiple form factors and forward functionality that increases flexibility for the customer in how and where their access control is installed, according to the company.
“The Pure IP RC-04 family is the next major evolution in driving the market towards edge based access control. With the ability to utilize Bluetooth credentials and great aesthetics this reader controller family will be a major player in tomorrow’s access control market,” says Robert Lydic, global VP of sales at ISONAS. “We are excited to be able to close 2016 with the availability of our new hardware platform and help take the Pure IP revolution to the next level in 2017.”
A backlit keypad and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) capability come standard and allows for the customer to utilize their mobile device as a credential.
ISONAS says the RC-04 leverages their current patented technology and requires a single CAT5 cable to provide power and data, which eliminates the need for a panel.
