Perimeter security manufacturer Integrated Security Systems Inc. (ISSI) has completed its acquisition of access control panel-maker DoorTek Corp. DoorTek, which mainly serves the corrections market, will continue to run under current management as a subsidiary of ISSI and retain its name.
ISSI announced in September its intention to acquire DoorTek.
“We are excited about the acquisition of this small, but solidly profitable operation,” said ISSI Chairman and CEO C.A. Rundell Jr. in a statement. “ISSI’s goal is to expand through strategic acquisitions and internal development.”
