JCI, Tyco Release Names of Post-Merger Executive Leadership Team

MILWAUKEE and CORK, Ireland – Following their merger agreement in January, Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI) and Tyco Int’l (NYSE: TYC) today released the names of the senior executive team that will lead the combined company.

The transaction is expected to close on or around Oct. 1.

As previously announced, JCI CEO Alex Molinaroli will be chairman and CEO of the new company for the first 18 months following the deal’s completion, while Tyco CEO George Oliver will become president and COO during that period. Afterward, Oliver will become CEO and Molinaroli will become executive chair.

Corporate Executive Officers
In addition to Oliver, the following enterprise leaders will report to Molinaroli:

Grady Crosby will serve as vice president, public affairs & chief diversity officer; currently holds the same role with JCI

Simon Davis will serve as vice president & chief human resources officer; currently holds the same role with JCI

Kim Metcalf-Kupres will serve as vice president & chief marketing officer; currently holds the same role with JCI

Judy Reinsdorf will serve as executive vice president & general counsel; currently holds the same role with Tyco

John Repko will serve as vice president & chief information officer; currently chief information officer & enterprise transformation leader with Tyco

Brian Stief will serve as executive vice president & chief financial officer; currently holds the same role with JCI
