Jenne to Host Webinar on Securing IoT Devices
Attendees will learn about Extreme’s Defender solution and how it can be used to address security concerns and challenges with IoT devices.
AVON, Ohio — Jenne, a leading value-added distributor for Extreme Networks, will be presenting a webinar on Extreme’s Defender for the Internet of Things (IoT) — a solution that delivers security for IoT end points which have limited or even no embedded security capabilities.
The one-hour webinar will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2018 — beginning at 11:00 a.m. ET — and will be presented by Navneet Singh, Jenne’s design engineer/instructor for Extreme Networks.

Extreme Defender for IoT can be deployed over any network infrastructure to enable secure IoT device management without significant or complex network changes, according to the company. It is especially targeted to aging wired devices, needing to roam around a room, a building or even a campus.
