Keltron Corp. announces the retirement of Harvey M. Fox, president and founder of the Waltham, Mass.-based life-safety event management systems manufacturer. Fox will remain on the board of directors and continue to consult for the company.

Throughthe years, he built an experienced engineering team that developed many company firsts for Keltron, including the solid-state coded fire alarm signal decoder, multiplex data gathering panel and the use of microprocessors in alarm systems.
