GE Industrial Systems has completed the acquisition of the Spanish fire detection and control systems company Kilsen. “Being a part of GE will help us focus on the growth vision of our business,” states Jose Luis Gallardo Lamas, managing director for Kilsen. The company will become part of GE Interlogix.
