Kimberlite’s central station has assisted police in 8,576 apprehensions since 2000 – approximately 12 per week – more than any other alarm monitoring station in the United States, according to the company. Kimberlite achieved its record apprehension total in 2014 as a result of its utilization of verified alarms, which are monitored by live operators around the clock.
The compounded effect of highly trained operators’ attention to detail and the relationships it creates with local police departments allows the company to apprehend more criminals and maximize community resources by combatting false alarm rates at more than double the efficiency of the national average, according to Joey Rao-Russell, president and CEO, Kimberlite Corp.
“Kimberlite’s primary commitment is to the safety and security of our customers and our communities,” Rao-Russell says. “With this commitment in mind, the success that our Fresno central monitoring station achieved last year makes us that much more proud. We could not have been able to protect so many without our communities’ police officers and law enforcement officials, and we are truly grateful for their service.”
