King-Monital has completed the acquisition of the assets of Custom Design Security (CDS) of Sarasota, Fla. The plan includes making available all the services offered by King-Monital to CDS dealers.
With CDS accounts, and the additional accounts from IDC as a result from King-Monital’s recent merger with the Minneapolis-based central station, the new organization will service more than 5,000 dealers with half-a-million accounts through nine North American locations, including five redundant UL-Listed central stations.
“This acquisition affords CDS dealers new products and services that will add to their profitability. In addition, existing King-Monital dealers will soon have a Florida Dealer Care Center to focus on their needs,” says Tom Few Sr., chairman and CEO of King-Monital.
