KING-MONITAL-IDC ACQUIRES RTC ALARM MONITORING, 40,000 ACCOUNTS

King-Monital-IDC has acquired national alarm monitoring company RTC Alarm Monitoring. The acquisition of RTC, which is based in Roseville, Calif., will bring King-Monital-IDC’s dealer count to more than 5,000 throughout the world. The King-Monital-IDC monitoring based exceeds half-a-million accounts.

RTC Alarm Monitoring is 13 years old and is among the largest monitoring services in California with more than 300 dealers and in excess of 40,000 accounts. Thomas Few Sr. , chairman and CEO of King-Monital-IDC, says, “This acquisition was agreed upon after careful consideration by both parties. RTC Alarm Monitoring is well known for its high level of customer service and advanced alarm monitoring services, making this a perfect fit into the King organization.”
