The merged central station monitoring and communications company King-Monital-IDC is now known as Criticom Int’l. The name was selected because of its core service of critical communications.
Since King-Monital merged with IDC in August 2001, the company has added new products and services to its dealers and customers, such as GPS/mobile monitoring (telematics), electronic communications and finance programs.
