ACE USA/ACE Ltd., through its Westchester Warranty division, has agreed to invest $30 billion in King-Monital-IDC‘s Insured Extended Service Contract Program. The program offers residential and light commercial alarm customers up to three years of coverage for service calls, labor and parts on both new and existing alarm systems.
Under the program, participating King-Monital-IDC dealers will be paid by ACE to perform service calls (trip, labor charges and parts) on covered systems. They’ll also be able to obtain products at wholesale from King and sell it to their customers at retail price. The program covers system components, including wiring and the main backup battery.
