LAKE FOREST, Calif. — Kwikset has unveiled a new line of Signature Series Deadbolt Locks with Home Connect technology on Friday, allowing customers to wirelessly lock and unlock their homes from anywhere.
The deadbolts utilize Kwikset’s Z-Wave wireless protocol to allow customers to monitor their locks using their smartphone, tablet or other Internet-connected device.
Other features include SmartKey rekey technology, which enables customers to re-key their locks without removing the lock from the door, and BumpGuard technology that prevents lock bumping.
