FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — Security Sales & Integration is excited to announce the launch of a new webinar series that will feature SSI Industry Hall of Fame inductees discussing proven business tactics that propelled their own organizations to great success.

The first installment of the SSI Industry Hall of Fame Educational Webcast Series will be Jan. 18 (2 p.m. EDT). Featured presenter John Jennings, former CEO of Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Safeguard Security, will examine three strategies he learned to grow his business from 6-figure to 7-figures, then 7-figures to 8-figures. They follow here:

  • Strategy No. 1: The one key focus you need to build a business that your team and your customers will love.
  • Strategy No. 2: The key numbers (simple and often overlooked) you need to measure for money guys to provide the financing you need to grow.
  • Strategy No. 3: How to assemble the right team to get you to the next level (Hint: You’ll never get there by working longer and harder).

Jennings transformed Safeguard Security from a small residential security and patrol business to a fully thriving integrated security and solutions company that routinely posted double-digit growth. During his tenure, yearly gross revenues increased from $500,000 to more than $38 million. Jennings completed a successful sale of the company to SAFE Security in 2014.

Among his list of industry honors, Jennings is a recipient of the Morris Weinstock Person of the Year Award and the first recipient of the Honeywell Security Lifetime Achievement Award. He was inducted into the SSI Industry Hall of Fame in 2013.
