LifeStyle Innovations Expands Into Colorado
CHARLOTTE, N.C.
LifeStyle Innovations Inc. (LFSI) is expanding its home technology integration business into Colorado after acquiring HomeSync Corp.‘s Colorado Springs and Denver locations for a purchase price of approximately $750,000. In addition, Ron Pitcock, LFSI’s chairman, has been named CEO and has assumed the day to day management of the company.
LifeStyle provides builders and homeowners with security, audio/video, home theater and home automation needs.
