The General Electric (GE) Lighting Institute will present a two-day course on the proper use of light as part of a complete security system. The course will take into account creating well-lit environments for occupants, specifications for appropriate light levels, selection and placement of light sources and equipment, interaction of lighting and CCTV surveillance equipment, plus the latest research in safety and security lighting. The course will take place April 17-18 at the GE Lighting Institute in Cleveland. The seminar will cost participants $350.
