Lite King Corp. and wholly owned subsidiary National Cabling Services Inc. announce that they are expanding their services to include security systems and wireless communication. Lite King has also formed an alliance with Digital CCTV of Boulder, Colo., to install security systems. The company says that by broadening its mix of installation services it will be able to attract a broader range of acquisition candidates.
“We are attempting to become one of the first cable plant design, installation and maintenance companies to expand nationally,” says Craig Massner, president of Lite King. “We believe that by adding a broader mix of installation service in high-growth segments of the communications industry, we can expand our search for qualified businesses to acquire.”
Lite King has received $2 million in venture capital from Phoenix-based Axiom Capital to acquire existing local fiber-optic installation and maintenance companies in Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Texas, Colorado and Arizona.
