LiveWave to Update Boston Federal Buildings Video Systems

Under a newly awarded contract from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Protective Service (FPS), enterprise video surveillance solutions provider LiveWave Inc. will upgrade video surveillance systems at several Boston-area federal buildings.

Live Wave will use FPS’ existing CCTV cameras and network enable them with FirstView, its advanced IP-based system capable of supporting thousands of cameras, sensors and users for early warning detection and response.

FPS provides law enforcement and security services to more than one million tenants and daily visitors to federally owned and leased facilities nationwide and focuses specifically on interior security.
