SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Locked Up Security (LMS), the U.S. subsidiary of a leading United Kingdom-based security service provider for homes and businesses, is now offering its wireless intrusion security solutions in the U.S. and Canada.
The company is currently inviting security companies in both countries to add the LMS systems to their business portfolios. In a press release, the company states its systems meet the needs of the next generation of alarm monitoring, with video and audio verification for both indoor and outdoor applications.
“Dealers offering residential, business or commercial security systems will recognize that the plug-and-play LMS solution fills a gap in their service offerings,” says Mike Streeter, vice president of LMS. “No other program offers the unique combination of one-mile range, highly reliable RF video-burst transmission, proven detection and camera technologies, and quick and easy installations, with the best 24/7 monitoring diagnostics.”
LMS systems have up to 64 zones and are capable of more than 120 devices. No wired electricity is necessary other than the main in-house system panel, as all devices are powered using long-life lithium batteries that last up to eight years in some devices, according to the company. The system’s smart programming enables dealer IP remote diagnostics, IP self-monitoring, remote arm and disarm, visual verification, audio and continuous monitoring.
“The LMS Cloud and Remote Tool Kit also provides the security professional with the power to manage customers from anywhere in the world, while giving the customer full app control of their property,” Streeter says.
