Nash Security has served customers for more than 25 years since its founding by Nan and Charles Nash. Their son, Andy, will continue that tradition of service as he joins the LOUD Security Systems team, according to a press release.
The acquired account base comprises 70% residential and 30% commercial end users.
“This is an opportunity for two of the finest security providers in Georgia to join forces, benefitting Nash’s account holders for years to come,” says LOUD Security Systems President John Loud. “We’re both honored and grateful for the chance to provide them our industry-leading safety and security services and products.”
Andy Nash will immediately begin facilitating the merger.
