A security installer is helping a courthouse in Southern Louisiana recover from an arson fire two months ago. Local alarm firm Gold Eagle Security has installed a new video surveillance and burglar alarm system in LaPlace, La.‘s 40th Judicial District Court annex.

The building containing the annex in the city just across Lake Pontchartrain from New Orleans was hit by an arson fire in late February that caused minor damage to the courtroom area, according to the Times-Picayune. The arsonist remains at large.
