IVMS not only offers end users a better dashboard for networked video cameras, but it provides an intelligent video platform on which to build an integrated suite of analytics that can be matched against video data.
The IVMS system includes a security event interface where all data is delivered in a single, integrated dashboard with graphical, electronic and customizable alerts. The software also includes an investigative search engine that stores indexed information and provides metadata-level searches so the client can target the data they want in a timely manner.
IVMS uses unified database management techniques whereby raw video is indexed and stored as compact, searchable data. Expansion is also made possible because the IVMS platform is designed to integrate with existing systems or newer best-practices applications and security technology.
