NAPCO Security Technologies Inc. has integrated Marks USA into its Amityville, N.Y.-based headquarters. The industrial and commercial locking supplier was acquired by NAPCO for $25 million in August 2008.
While NAPCO was reorganizing its facility’s interior space during the months following the acquisition, Marks USA continued to manufacture its door locking technologies as usual.
According to the company, the integration of Marks USA into the NAPCO family of companies significantly widens the company’s product offerings to include new lines of industrial, commercial and residential locksets. The company says the products are expected to meet UL and ANSI specifications, and have more than 300 architectural trim designs, customized logos and matching trims.
