The new multicolor mass-notification strobe by Gentex Corp. of Zeeland, Mich., can provide emergency notification in a visual manner using an assortment of color lenses. Applications include security, severe weather, evacuation, emergency response and more.
The units are available in strobe-only and horn/strobe combinations, and feature Gentex’s super-slide system that supervises the connection between horn/strobe and control panel. Operating voltage is 24VDC with tamperproof, field-selectable candela options for the visual characteristics required for a specific application. The mass-notification strobe uses the AVSM synchronization module for sync and is UL1638 and UL464 Listed.
