Matrix Systems of Dayton, Ohio, a turnkey access control and security solutions provider, announces its partnership with Sievert Electric, a Forest Park, Ill.-based electrical contractor serving in the Midwest.
“We’re tapping into the current industry trend of access control manufacturers affiliating with regional integrators and installers to trade resources,” says Hank Oddie, Sievert Electric’s senior project manager, sound/communications/access control division. “Matrix’s Frontier® Software and equipment is state-of-the-art access control we can offer our customers.”
Sievert Electric’s factory-trained, five-person staff will be utilized to extend Matrix’s full-service installation and 24/7 customer service department into the Midwest region.
“Sievert is much more than an electric contractor because they’re capable of everything from wiring and installing entry hardware all the way up to access control software integration,” says John Birdwell, Matrix’s Midwest project manager.
The partnership offers Matrix access to thousands of Sievert Electric sound/communication customers – mainly in the shared specialties of healthcare, industrial, commercial building/office, multiunit housing, and banking industries.
“There’s an untapped market here in the Midwest of customers who need the winning combination of Matrix’s software customization capabilities and our longtime installation/integration experience,” says Sievert Electric Operations Manager David Bishop.
