The showboats along the banks of the Mississippi River will be a backdrop to the showcase for central station and other alarm monitoring professionals as the 2004 North American Monitoring Technology Symposium and Exhibition (NAMTSE) gets underway April 15 in Memphis, Tenn. The event, in its fourth year, will take place at the Peabody Hotel and conclude on April 19.
Attendees at the event, run by the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA), will latch onto the knowledge of how to better manage their central stations and generate more sales, as well as advise on planning to deal with unforeseen disasters. There will also be a chance to latch onto the spirit of the King of Rock and Roll, as NAMTSE attendees will be given a tour of Elvis Presley’s Graceland estate.
The NAMTSE features several seminars and events, including a seminar conducted by Security Sales & Integration Editor-in-Chief Scott Goldfine, who will present an analysis of SSI‘s latest Dealer Survey on April 19 at 12:30 p.m. The session will explore the trends and opportunities in today’s electronic security market.
