Counterforce USA has named Dan Bucaro as vice president and general manger of the company. He replaces Dennis Hollinghead, who has retired from the company. Bucaro will be responsible for Counterforce USA’s operations throughout North
America.
Indala has appointed Marc Freundlich president of the company. He was previously vice president of business development for Card Technologies and Services under the Information Technology Group (ITG).
John Birk has been appointed to the board of directors for Security Associates Int’l (SAI). He currently serves on the boards of four other companies and has experience as a senior executive with major firms.
Frank Abram has been promoted to vice president of Panasonic’s Security and Vision Systems Group. He will be responsible for all business activities including sales, marketing, product development and customer support for the group’s product categories.
