A security company in Phoenix was recently recognized by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Central/Northern Arizona for good business ethics and customer service.

Metrol Security Services earned a 2003 BBB Business Ethics Award under the category of 11 to 49 employees within Maricopa County. The award means Metrol exemplifies the BBB’s mission of promoting, through self-regulation, the highest standards of business ethics and conduct, both in operations and in terms of being ethical, reliable and responsive to employees, vendors and customers.

The security company specializes in “value-added engineering” and systems integration. Its services include consulting, design, and installation in: CCTV; access control; burglary and life-safety/fire; and sprinkler monitoring systems. It has an engineering and design staff with more than 100 years of accumulative industry expertise, as well as in-house AutoCAD design capabilities, a NICET certified engineer and NTS certified instructor on staff.

Each application was scored by three separate independent judges, which include some of the top business leaders in the community.
