KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Micro Key Solutions has promoted Victoria Ferro as president. She succeeds Wayne Torrens, who will now serve as CEO of the company. The company announced the personnel changes through its new live Webcam.
A 10-year employee of Micro Key, Ferro has more than 22 years’ experience in software development, including tech support, quality assurance, training, marketing and sales management. During her speech, Ferro says her goal is to serve large alarm companies and large central stations, in addition to serving smaller alarm companies and central stations.
In his new role, Torrens will oversee growth and work with customers to come up with new applications, software enhancements and features to meet the needs of the security industry.
