KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Micro Key Solutions, a provider of monitoring and back office accounting software, has appointed Andrew Bensinger as CEO.
Bensinger joined the organization in December 2018 and brings with him more than 15 years’ experience in software and solutions development. He has specialized in the managed service channel, which is a very similar model to the security alarm industry, according to an announcement.
Bensinger is the inventor of near-line business continuity, has been awarded 10 U.S. patents and is the creator and founder of a leading business continuity company, according to the announcement.

The addition of Bensinger solidifies Micro Key’s leadership team and allows the company as a whole to continue to deliver a robust, all-in-one software solution with unmatched personalized customer support, the announcement states.
The company states it is focusing on more effective issue resolutions with the adoption of different technologies and the expansion of its live and on-demand product training platform, Micro Key University.

Bensinger formerly served as CEO software companies Replibit (2011-2018) and DSSDR (2006-2016).
