Mid South Security Systems LLP, a privately owned and operated business, has acquired northeastern Georgia-based Hi-Tech Security Systems Inc. Hi-Tech, formerly owned by Ronnie Joe Davis, has a strong presence in the Dalton and surrounding areas of Georgia.
The accounts of Hi-Tech will be assimilated into Mid South and will be monitored out of the Mid South central station in Atlanta. Davis will not remain with the company.
The acquisition of Hi-Tech, along with the prior acquisition of B-Safe Security, has added to the growth of Mid South Security Systems. Davis Marketing Group handled both of these transactions.
