Midstate Security Acquires Vision Technology Int’l

GRANDVILLE, Mich.

Midstate Security, a comprehensive security and automation solutions provider, has acquired Vision Technology Int’l Inc., a Holland, Mich.-based manufacturer and distributor of security and surveillance technology products and services.

The acquisition will extend Midstate’s security capabilities and increase the company’s customer base. As a registered partner of Cisco, Vision is able to provide its customers with Cisco physical security products that allow customers to access live and recorded video anytime and anywhere.

Midstate will add sales, technical and project management personnel to its existing 66 employees. The company will also gain an office in Gaylord, Mich., strengthening its market presence in Northern Michigan.
