Midwest Alarm Services Purchases Electric Specialties Co.

Based in Omaha, Neb., Electric Specialties Co. provides service, inspection and monitoring services to more 350 customers.

DES MOINES, Iowa – Midwest Alarm Services, a provider of life-safety systems, based here, has acquired Electric Specialties Co. of Omaha, Neb. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded by Herk Campbell in 1983, Electric Specialties Co. provides service, inspection and monitoring services to more 350 customers. Campbell and his employees have joined the Midwest Alarm Services team.

“Finding the right company to tend to our ‘family’ was paramount. We found that perfect fit in Midwest Alarm Services,” says Campbell.
