Minnesota Association Providing PLT Training Sessions
MINNEAPOLIS
The Minnesota Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (MBFAA) will be providing power limited technician (PLT), continuing education unit (CEU) training for four days in July. The sessions, sponsored by Honeywell Security and ADI, will help provide the eight hours of training needed per two-year license period in Minnesota.
Among the classes will be courses on National Electrical Code (NEC) low voltage, PLT work and inspections as well as free courses on various systems. Courses not offered for free have a $40 fee.
