The CDR-2104MBL, manufactured by Crest Electronics Inc. of Greenboro, N.C., is a four-channel video, one-channel audio DVR with Ethernet connectivity, 120 frames per second (fps) global display and recording rate, and a removable hard drive. The frame rate is selectable up to 30 fps per camera, and the unit contains compact flash, remote access and PC player software.
According to Crest, the CDR-2104MBL comes with a vibration-resistant case containing a heater and blower for year-round operation in the most demanding of environments. The unit also is available with Cool Drive technology designed to run 24/7 at 7,200 rpm.
