Monitronics Int’l, a provider of residential alarm monitoring services, was recognized as the 2008 North American Alarm Monitoring Service Provider of the Year by independent research firm, Frost & Sullivan.
The award was presented to CEO Michael Haislip and Vice President of Marketing and Market Development Mitch Clarke on the opening day of ISC West in Las Vegas (April 2).
“Monitronics has undergone many changes with a focus on providing customers with quality service. These changes involve streamlining our processes and providing state-of-the art products and services to help increase customer satisfaction and makes life easier and more profitable for our dealers,” says Clarke. “We are pleased that our efforts have been recognized and honored to receive such an award.”
