BILLERICA, Mass. — Morpho, the security business of Safran group, has launched Morpho Trusted Identity Services, a range of solutions for secure online management of identity services.
Based on the latest Web technologies, the solutions enable government agencies and private service providers such as banks and telecom operators to offer users an online platform for secure access to services. The services include e-government applications, e-banking, e-commerce and secure payment, which can be accessed using devices such as computers, tablets and smartphones.
Built on a platform that integrates the technical components required to carry out secure transactions, the solutions include public/private key infrastructure (PKI), card management system (CMS), trusted service management (TSM), strong authentication, electronic signatures, secure elements and biometric sensors.
The new platform is compatible with a wide range of secure elements including electronic ID cards, SIM cards, credit cards and tokens, which enable secure transactions, according to the company.
