Moxa VPort P26 IP Dome Camera

Published: December 4, 2012

Moxa of Brea, Calif., unveils the VPort P26 outdoor IP dome camera that enables more reliable video surveillance performance in harsh outdoor installations, according to the company.

The ONVIF-compliant camera is able to operate in temperatures ranging from -40° F to 122° F without a fan or heater, and is housed in a rugged metal enclosure with IP66 rain/dust protection and an IK10 vandal-resistant dome cover.

Using standard IEEE 802.3af power over Ethernet (PoE) technology, the product can receive power through the same cable used for the network connection. It also captures high quality images at SVGA resolution (800 x 600), three simultaneous H.264/MJPEG video streams at up to 30 frames per second (fps), and includes an infrared (IR) cut filter for day/night use.
