National Guardian Acquires Eagle Security

LONG GROVE, Ill. — National Guardian Corp. of Greenwich, Conn., has purchased St. Louis-based Eagle Security Inc. With the acquisition, National Guardian will add more than 1,600 accounts owned by Eagle Security and another 6,000 accounts monitored by the company.

Bob Levy, former owner of Eagle Security, will serve as general manager of operations in the St. Louis area.
