National Guardian Security Services Inc. has acquired Professional Security Monitoring (PSM) of New York. This will add 13,000 accounts and other benefits to National Guardian’s portfolio.
“We look forward to increasing our presence in the wholesale monitoring business as a result of this acquisition,” says George Flagg, president of National Guardian. “In addition, the new dealer relationships provide increased support for our primary business, which is electronic security for commercial, multilocation, regional and national accounts. We are excited to welcome the PSM dealers, acquired clients, and employees to National Guardian.”
The recent PSM acquirement also provides National Guardian with a UL-Listed and FM-approved central station.
